Maurie Daigneau found himself at a crossroads in life. He questioned his religion,

his own hypocrisy, and was also appalled at the state of the Church. He made a bold decision. He stepped down from his successful career and secular business to seek God for understanding. In his new book he speaks of his journey and how he really found truth in God and the Gospel. That decision brought him from being a burned-out and spiritually exhausted Christian, to one that follows God with all His heart with the joy of the Lord as His strength. Residing in Brookfield, Wisconsin, Maurie Daigneau holds a MS in theological studies from Garrett-Evangelical Seminary in Evanston, Illinois. Over the many years, he has participated in many leadership roles. He has held a seat on the board of directors at his church. In his college years, he thrived as a quarterback and was the first state director in Wisconsin for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. In his business endeavors, he is an accomplished entrepreneur, founder of an athletic footwear retail company, as well as founder of the telecommunications company, Affinity Corporation. He has been a speaker at many retreats, events, and conferences. One of his greatest pleasures and sources of faith is leading and participating in his men’s group Bible study for thirty years. He is married to his lovely wife, Suse, of forty-eight years. Together, they have five grown children and thirteen grandchildren.
